Empowering civil society to drive local change
Within the framework of Component 1 of the “Citizen Participation Support Program” launched by the European Union in Morocco, the Moroccan Center for Innovation and Social Entrepreneurship (MCISE) is leading the implementation of the TAMURI Program for the period 2022–2025.
The programme aims to empower emerging initiatives and Civil Society Organizations, supporting their role as key actors in local governance and contributing to national reforms.

Preparatory Phase
Establishing a project monitoring committee, updating the mapping of CSOs and identifying physical collaboration spaces.

Hackathons
Physical and virtual hackathons designed to identify local needs and priorities and encourage collaborative solutions.
Strategic Plan Development
A comprehensive planning and monitoring tool including methodologies, activities and monitoring indicators.
Bootcamps
Progressive support ranging from orientation and SWOT analysis to social impact, marketing, finance, advocacy and communication.
Incubation Toolkit
A practical toolkit with five methodological guides covering areas such as design thinking, market studies and action plan development.
Continuous Networking
Weekly networking events encouraging collaboration and the exchange of experiences among participating CSOs and initiatives.
Hackathons rooted in local priorities
Hackathons help identify local needs and priority themes while creating opportunities for civil society actors to collaborate around shared challenges.
Physical hackathons per region, at the beginning and end of the programme
