Our Impact

We strongly believe systemic change can create real sustainable impact. Since 2012, we have designed and implemented a systems map that leverages the power of forward crowd thinking to go beyond our limits, thus designing innovative solutions to every social challenge in Morocco.

MCISE led the “Youth Entrepreneurship Support” component of INDH’s Program 3 in Rabat-Salé-Kénitra, rolled out in five provinces between 2021 and 2024. In partnership with the Social Action Division (DAS), MCISE provided full support from idea to launch, boosting youth entrepreneurship and amplifying INDH’s impact in the region.

The 1000 Fikra program was created from the desire of the Afriquia Group to launch an initiative to support project leaders across the 12 regions of Morocco as part of the celebration of the company’s 60th anniversary.
This initiative is open to all Moroccans, young and old, without any qualification or experience requirement. At the end of their incubation, entrepreneurs benefit from funding in the form of a subsidy of 20,000 MAD and an honorary loan of 200,000 MAD.
MCISE, as a project incubator, is responsible for the operational implementation of this program in 6 regions of Morocco.
