Badir Tinghir

Draa Tafilalet is hosting Badir in Tinghir where MCISE in partnership with the French Embassy in Morocco  are inspiring entrepreneurship to youth and civil society actors in the region.

Through Bootcamps, focus group sessions and individual follow-up sessions, social entrepreneurs from Tinghir, Errachidia, Erfoud & KelâatMGouna developed their project ideas by working on marketing and financial strategies, deepening their knowledge of the market to access opportunities while developing the social #impact of their project.

Activities

Projects are supported in pre-incubation, which corresponds to the program of initiation and supporting of project leaders, through training bootcamps, focus group sessions and individual follow-up sessions. Then comes the incubation phase during which they are supported via a capacity building agenda and training bootcamps as well as the provision of experts for their specific needs.

The objective of the bootcamps is to learn how to develop short and long term work strategies including financial strategies, marketing strategies and explore market needs to access market opportunities and maximize the social impact of projects.

These intensive training sessions are meticulously designed to provide participants with an in-depth understanding of how to navigate the complexities of the financial landscape, effectively budget, and allocate resources. They also focus on the development of robust marketing strategies that will resonate with target audiences, thereby ensuring the success of their initiatives. Beyond these, the bootcamps delve into the exploration of market needs, a crucial aspect in the identification of untapped market opportunities. This not only provides a competitive advantage but also aids in the creation of projects that are socially relevant. By maximizing the social impact of their projects, participants can bring about substantial change in their communities, thereby fulfilling both their organizational objectives and their social responsibilities.

All of these trainings, workshops and sessions were provided by trainers and experts in entrepreneurship.
